  • Launched three products addressing a cumulative market size of ~$400MM. Acted as the program manager for various research projects within the company, while offering expertise to the technical teams.

  • Led the sales and marketing teams to respond to RFIs, RFPs, and various tenders.  Trained commercial team on the product opportunities, capture strategies and customer engagement for product improvement.

  • Developed company’s first software framework for remote maintenance, communication and device networking for field-deployed products. This framework will be implemented across all products lines.

GE, Homeland Protection

Sr. Product and Strategy Manager

  • Identified and successfully established business partnership to access >$200MM revenue in North America. Performed all financial pro forma, market and product strategy analysis. Subsequently led the joint integration effort for the manufacturing, services and sales teams. Negotiated extended global sales coverage and international market opportunities valued over >$500MM.

  • Single handedly led $4.2MM partnership with an R&D house to integrate handheld product lines of the two companies. Developed sensitivity analysis for the business, worked with legal teams to conduct due diligence and oversaw all financial and strategy discussions.
